I.Structure

HP rubber hose for oil drilling is composed of an inner rubber layer,an inner protective layer,a middle rubber layer,spiral wire reinforcement layers and the outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer is oil resistant, protecting wires from corrosion. Wire layer servers as hose reinforcement.The outermost rubber layer is a weather-proof layer, protecting the wire layer from external wear.

II. Features
1. The hoses provide strong pressure capacity and excellent pulse performance.

2. The hoses have compact structure, good elasticity and small deformation under pressure.

III. Use

Rubber hose for oil drilling is widely used in well cementation, well repair and oil prospecting, coal mining by small drilling rigs and water power and delivery of fluid media such as mud and water at normal temperature.
