Acid and alkali resistant hose

I.Structure

Our acid and alkali resistant hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, carcass layers and the outer rubber layer.

II.Use

Acid and alkali resistant hose is for use in delivery of diluted acid and alkali solution below 40% concentration at positive pressure (compatible with 40% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid and 15% sodium hydroxide, excluding nitric acid).

III.Working temperature

Allowable environment temperature is between20°C and 45°C, with media temperature no higher than 45°C.

IV. Technical Specification

Hose specification: φ13mm~φ203mm
Working pressure: 0.3Mpa 0.5 Mpa 0.7 Mpa（0.3~0.7 Mpa）
