Floating hose (high-resilience self-floating hose)

High-resilience self-floating dredging hose is an alternative product to traditional dredging pipeline by combining advantages of both traditional metal dredging hoses and plastic buoys.

I. Structure

Inner rubber layer: NR, SBR, BR

Reinforcement layer: cord reinforcement, with spiral wire reinforcement and floating layers.

Floating layer: Polyethylene.

Outer rubber layer: SBR, CR, synthetic rubber.

II. Features

EMPIRE floating hose has good resistance to sea waves and corrosion and has excellent self-floating performance, besides it is easy to assembly and has large pressure capacity and long service life.

III.Use

Self-floating dredging hoses are especially applicable to operations in wavy areas and are widely used by ports and docks for delivery of sea water, sludge,sand, etc. at working pressure of 10bar~25bar.
