Stainless steel pressure-proof metal hose

I. Structure

This product is made from spiral or circular stainless steel bellow flexible hose, covered by one or more steel wire or strap braided sleeves, with connectors or flanges fitted on both ends, for connection to user’s pipeline system.

II. Features

1. Good resistance to high pressure, corrosion and high/low temperature(-196°C~+420°C).

2. Good flexibility between different sections, small bending radius.

3. Good retractility, bending performance and flexibility.

4.Light weight, good diameter consistency.

III.Use

Stainless steel pressure-proof flexible metal hose is used for compensation, sealing, connection and vibration reduction in air and liquid delivery systems and in length, temperature, position and angular compensation systems.

IV. Performance indicators

Note: Among our stainless steel pressure-proof metal hoses, bellows are produced by chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel. When in use, protection should be provided from pitting corrosion by nitrogen ion and corrosion by diluted sulphuric acid.
