Union connector

I.Structure

Unions are produced from high-quality light steel and precision manufacturing, and are composed of thread head, bulb and locking cap.The sealing surface in the union includes plane type (with washer), ball type and cone type. Connection to pipeline includes: butt welding,socket welding and threads, etc.

II. Features

1. Union, also known as removable pipe connector,is a common pipe fitting part that can be easily removed for inspection and repair.

2.Good mechanical performance, sealing performance and multiple pressure level available (max. pressure 105MPa). It is an ideal accessory for use in drilling operation at oilfields.
