II. Dust ring FC
1. Material:RP or FKM in special situations.
2. Design standard: In reference to GB/T10708.3-89C series standards for dust rings.
3. Use:Double lip structure realizes protection from both dust and oil. The product is widely used in oil cylinders and gas cylinders.
4. Working conditions:
(1) Working temperature:RP: -30°C~+12°C; FKM: -20°C~+200°C
(2) Working media: Hydraulic oil (mineral oil based)
(3) Reciprocating speed: ≤1.2m/s

III. Dust ring FD

2. Design standard: In reference to TRELLEBORG DA17 dust ring series.
3. Use: Preventing external contaminants from entering hydraulic system and sealing system, returning hydraulic oil to the lubricating system without leakage, auxiliary sealing part.
4. Working conditions:
(1) Working temperature:RP: -30°C~+12°C; FKM: -20°C~+200°C
(2) Working media: Hydraulic oil, emulsion and water.
(3) Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s

IV. Dust ring FK

3. Use: Preventing external contaminants from entering hydraulic system and sealing system, returning hydraulic oil to the lubricating system without leakage, auxiliary sealing part.
4. Working conditions:
(1) Working temperature:RP: -30°C~+12°C; FKM: -20°C~+200°C
(2) Working media: Hydraulic oil, emulsion and water.
(3) Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s

V. Dust ring FS
1. Material: PTFE+ NBR or FKM.
2. Design standard: Groove and product size and tolerance as per Parker AD series.
3. Structure and function: FS dust ring is in a double-lip structure and is composed of a heterogenic dust ring and an O-ring that serves as elastomer. Both lips are in opposite directions, with outer lip maintaining cleanness on piston rod surface in return stroke and inner lip suctioning oil from piston rod in return stroke. Oil residues may return to the chamber of hydraulic cylinder. It is installed on piston rods and plunger rods in axial movement in the hydraulic cylinder.
4. Features: (1) Compact installation space, simple groove structure, good dust protection effect and also very effective to both highly cohesive dust and ice mass.
(2) No crawling or stiction during startup, good resistance to abrasion, long service life and max. diameter larger than 1000mm.
5. Use: It is especially applicable to oil cylinders of heavy-duty machines that work in very poor conditions with heavy dust and intense movement.
6. Working conditions:
(1) Speed: Maximum speed in reciprocating motion: 15m/s
(2) Temperature: -60°C~+200°C (depending on O-ring material)
