Nylon pressure pipe

EMPIRE nylon pressure pipe is produced from Nylon 11 or Nylon 12 (PA11 or PA12) that has excellent chemical and physical stability. The pipes are available in various colors and work well with various types of connectors, and therefore are ideal alternative materials of metal and rubber.

I. Features

Our products are light and flexible, with stable size, pleasing appearance, smooth inner wall and good resistance to corrosion. They are free from risks of undesired chemical reactions, and have long service life, good aging resistance, small friction coefficient, good bending performance, abrasion resistance, seismic resistance, high impact resistance, water tightness and high temperature resistance (-40°C~+100°C).

II.Use

Nylon pressure pipes are widely used as delivery pipes of oil, steam, gas and water in manufacturing and assembly lines of motor vehicles, such as cars and forklifts, and engineering machinery and diesel engine set, as well as in fuel delivery systems, vacuum systems, air conditioning systems in textile factories, food plants and in air brake and liquid delivery system of vehicles.
