Nylon spiral pipe

The good flexibility of nylon andretractilityof spiral structure minimize risks of damages to pipes, so that its service life is far longer than other connecting methods.

 

I. Features

1.Smooth inner wall, quick braking response, low pressure loss and good extensibility and restorability.If quick restoration is required, elongation should not be longer than half the pipe length.

2. Good pressure resistance. Minimum burst pressure:49kg/cm².When allowable safety coefficient is 4:1, recommended working pressure is 9kg/cm²at 50°C.

 

II.Use

Nylon air brake spiral pipe and seven-core cable protected by outer nylon pipe areanoptimal connection solution for air braking pipeline and electric circuit between engine and trailer.

 

III. Fitting Methods

Pipe fitting: Union nut M18×1.5 or flange ZG1/2”and M22×1.5
Seven-core spiral cable with 24N, 12N connectors.
Electric wire: 6×1mm²+1×1.5mm², 6×0.75mm²+1mm², 5×0.75mm²+1×1.5mm²
